If you wish to cancel the contract, please complete and submit this form. You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of your cancellation by email.

Please do not return the goods yet until we have checked your details and confirmed the return details to you by email. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to unopened and originally sealed products. In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment. After submitting the form, we will be happy to offer you a convenient DHL return label for €6.00, the cost of which we will simply deduct from your refund. Alternatively, you can frank the parcel yourself at the post office.
