Aichi 50g: 100% pure matcha from the first harvest (First Flush) from Aichi Prefecture. The region is known for its mild climate and traditional tea culture. Our Ceremonial Aichi Matcha is exclusively made from the "Okumidori" variety, which is valued for its balanced flavor profile with fine umami, subtle sweetness, and a soft, natural green. The tea plants are shaded before harvesting, gently processed, and ground into the finest powder in traditional granite stone mills. Minor color variations due to longer tencha storage before processing may occur.
Our matcha is tested for harmful substances in independent laboratories and is free from pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, yeasts and molds, E. coli, mercury, and other undesirable residues.
