100% pure matcha from the first flush harvest of Kagoshima Prefecture, a region renowned for its fertile, volcanic terroir. It is made exclusively from the prized Saemidori tea variety, valued for its harmonious flavor profile with intense umami, gentle sweetness, and a vibrant green color. Before harvesting, the tea bushes are carefully shaded to enhance the aromas, then gently processed and traditionally ground into the finest powder in granite stone mills – ensuring the highest quality in every cup.
Our matcha is tested for harmful substances in independent laboratories and is free from pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, yeasts and molds, E. coli, mercury and other unwanted residues.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von dem Matcha! Mild, leicht süss, nussig und eine fantastisch grüne Farbe. Man schmeckt die Qualität.
Der beste Matcha, den ich je hatte!
Am Anfang habe ich sechs Dosen bestellt in in der Hoffnung, dass es auch super lecker schmeckt. Leider hat es mit der Lieferung verfolgung nicht ganz funktioniert aber bei Nachfrage wurde schnell geantwortet und weitergeholfen. Super netter Austausch:) würde auf jeden Fall, wenn mein Nachschub leer ist, wieder bestellen. Und der Matcha sieht super gut aus schöne kräftige grüne Farbe und schmeckt sehr sehr gut. Nicht nach Gras !!! leichter matcha intensiver guter Geschmack und überzeugt auf jeden Fall zum nachkaufen. Der Matcha macht süchtig!!!
Wirklich toller Geschmac, intensiver als der Aishi Matcha. Habe verschiedene Mischungen ausprobiert, unter 2g geht er als Latte unter, für mich waren 3,5g perfekt.
Sowohl pur als im Latte einfach lecker!
