100% pure Matcha from the first harvest (First Flush) in Kagoshima Prefecture, a region known for its fertile, volcanic terroir. It is exclusively made from the noble tea variety Saemidori, which is prized for its harmonious flavor profile with intense umami, delicate sweetness, and a radiant, bright green color. Before harvesting, the tea bushes are carefully shaded to refine the aromas, then gently processed and traditionally ground into the finest powder in granite stone mills – for the highest quality in every cup.
Our Matcha is tested for harmful substances in independent laboratories and is free from pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, yeasts and molds, E. coli, mercury, and other undesirable residues.
