Our Aichi Matcha is 100% pure first harvest (First Flush) matcha from Aichi Prefecture. The region is known for its mild climate and traditional tea culture. Our Ceremonial Aichi Matcha is exclusively made from the "Okumidori" variety, which is prized for its balanced flavor profile with fine umami, gentle sweetness, and a soft, natural green color. The tea plants are shaded before harvesting, carefully processed, and ground into the finest powder in traditional granite stone mills. Minor color variations due to longer tencha storage before processing may occur.

Our matcha is tested for harmful substances in independent laboratories and is free from pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, yeast and mold, E. coli, mercury, and other undesirable residues.

Our Uji Sayakami Matcha is intense. Floral. Full of character.

100% pure first harvest matcha from Uji, Japan.
Uji is considered one of Japan's most renowned tea regions and has stood for the highest matcha quality and traditional craftsmanship for centuries.

This matcha was specially developed for preparation as Koicha, i.e., a thicker, concentrated matcha consistency with a particularly intense aroma.

Due to the high quality of the Tencha leaves used, the taste remains balanced even with higher dosages, yet significantly more powerful than classic ceremonial matchas. Instead of mild restraint, distinct floral and flowery notes unfold, accompanied by a clear, fresh grassiness. The texture feels full and velvety, not airy or highly frothy.

This matcha is intentionally more intense. It is aimed at anyone who truly wants to experience the green, vegetal, and floral side of matcha. As Iced Matcha or prepared very lightly, it can seem very strong or unusually grassy. Served warm and in a thicker preparation, it reveals its full depth, elegance, and aromatic complexity.

Unlike classic Usucha matchas, this matcha is not designed for strong foam formation. Its strength lies in its concentration, character, and a particularly clearly defined flavor profile.

The tea plants are shaded before harvesting, carefully processed, and traditionally ground into the finest powder in granite stone mills.

Our matcha is tested for harmful substances in independent laboratories.
