Our Matcha & Greens Hojicha is a particularly mildly roasted Japanese green tea, which, thanks to its medium to light dark roast, develops a warm, well-rounded, and pleasantly caramel-like aroma. The gentle processing gives it its unmistakably smooth character and makes it an ideal alternative for anyone looking for a gentle, low-caffeine beverage.

The powder is made from carefully selected tea leaves and ground to a velvety-fine consistency. This makes our Hojicha just as easy to prepare as Matcha. It is typically whisked with hot water at around 70 to 80 degrees Celsius and can be enjoyed straight or as a creamy Hojicha Latte with milk.

Our Hojicha has a mild, nutty, and slightly caramel-like flavor. It also possesses natural properties that make it a beneficial companion in everyday life.
