Our 10g sample is ideal for experiencing the taste of our high-quality Ceremonial Aichi Matcha. It comes 100% from the first harvest (First Flush) of the Okumidori variety in the Japanese prefecture of Aichi, a region known for its mild climate and rich tea culture.
Matcha impresses with its balanced flavor, delicate umami notes, and gentle sweetness. The tea leaves are shaded before harvesting, gently processed, and ground into the finest powder in traditional granite stone mills.
Each batch is tested for harmful substances in independent laboratories and is free from pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, yeasts and molds, as well as other residues.
One bag is enough for about 3 to 4 servings of matcha.
