Our Ceremonial Aichi Matcha is made exclusively from the "Okumidori" variety, prized for its balanced flavor profile with delicate umami notes, gentle sweetness, and a soft, natural green hue. The tea plants are shaded before harvesting, carefully processed, and ground into the finest powder in traditional granite stone mills. Slight color variations may occur due to extended storage of the tea leaves before processing.
Our matcha is tested for harmful substances in independent laboratories and is free from pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, yeasts and molds, E. coli, mercury and other unwanted residues.

Leicht süßlich, nicht bitter. Das einzige was fehlt ist, dass er nicht ganz soooo intensiv ist, aber sonst alles super. Wurde einen Tag zu spät geliefert, lag aber an dhl also da gibt es nichts zu meckern:)
